The public hearing for our 2026 Annual Plan is Wednesday, Dec. 17. We will have two sesions: 12-1 p.m. and 6-7 p.m. Both are on Zoom, and you can RSVP here.
Our Annual Plan identifies goals and action steps for the upcoming year. Each goal is grounded in our strategic plan and represents specific steps toward acheiving our long-term objectives in the following areas:
- Connecting and Thriving: Empowering people with DD and their families
- Championing Community: Building an equitable and inclusive Hamilton County
- Advancing Health, Safety, and Quality: Equipping HCDDS staff and providers to promote the well-being of people with DD
- Strengthening Our Foundation: Investing in our operations to advance a healthy, thriving organization
