What comes next after high school? Join RAAC for an engaging conversation featuring three local transition programs supporting students with intellectual and developmental disabilities: Hamilton County ESC Pathways to Employment, The Heidt Center of Excellence, and UC’s CEES program.

Hear from program leaders about their unique approaches to preparing students for life after high school—including employment, independence, and community participation. Panelists will share practical strategies and experiences, followed by time for questions and discussion.
