You’re invited to Independence Alliance’s annual Legislative Forum on Disability Issues with Disability Rights Ohio! Elected officials at the local and regional levels in SW Ohio will be present to hear directly from the community about concerns regarding disability-related policies and practices.

Event Agenda:

• 1:00 PM: Event space opens for attendees to access resources, grab snacks, and network.
• 1:30 PM: Opening remarks from Independence Alliance and Disability Rights Ohio.
• 1:45 PM: Three disability community member panelists speak on a specific issue that relates to disability.
• 2:15 PM: Elected officials are given an opportunity to make statements/remarks/ask questions in response to what they’ve heard.
• 2:30 PM: The floor is open for constituents to ask questions and start conversations with officials on various topics.
• 3:30 PM: Closing remarks from moderators. Event ends.
