Momentum Refresh is the nation’s first fully accessible, universally designed mobile restroom. It has a wheelchair lift, customizable grab bars, an overhead ceiling hoist, height-adjustable adult changing tables and a sink. HCDDS is funding Momentum Refresh at a limited number of events in 2026.

The Northside 4th of July Parade will take place on Saturday, July 4, at noon. The parade offers a way to get to know one’s neighbors through a shared light-hearted activity. The Rock ‘n’ Roll carnival is a community celebration at Hoffner Park from July 3-4 with live music, vendors and more.
