Momentum Refresh is the nation’s first fully accessible, universally designed mobile restroom. It has a wheelchair lift, customizable grab bars, an overhead ceiling hoist, height-adjustable adult changing tables and a sink. HCDDS is funding Momentum Refresh at a limited number of events in 2026.

The O.F.F. Market is a monthly marketplace at Summit Park that brings together small businesses, artisans, brewers, bakers, farmers and the like to provide a unique shopping experience that supports strong community connections and strives to grow a hearty local economy.
