This presentation, followed by a Q&A, will feature financial and legal representatives with extensive experience supporting families of children and adults with disabilities. Representatives from STABLE will share information about savings and financial planning tools designed for individuals with disabilities.

• Estate planning for parents and for children transitioning into adulthood
• Special Needs Trusts and how they support long‑term financial security
• Preparing for, applying for, and maintaining eligibility for SSI
• Guardianship—and alternatives that may help families avoid it when appropriate
• This session is designed to offer clarity, guidance, and space for your questions as you navigate these important decisions.
