HCDDS is now located at the Hamilton County Central Campus in Bond Hill. The space is completing final construction and finishing touches.
HCDDS operations are on the fourth floor in the North Tower. Visitors no longer need to check in on the first floor; they may go directly to the fourth floor to check in for their appointment.

The Central Campus is a modern, multi-agency facility along the Norwood Lateral with Metro bus access and free parking. The building includes accessibility features such as wide hallways, expanded waiting areas, braille signage on meeting room doors, large elevators (three in the North Tower), and an adult changing room with adult changing tables. The space also includes a larger lobby and on-site dining options.

About Hamilton County Central Campus
Hamilton County’s Board of Commissioners along with HCDDS purchased the former Mercy Health building in Bond Hill in 2024. The location will allow the county to locate several agencies in a single convenient location. HCDDS will occupy a dedicated floor in the building where we’ll consolidate all teams previously located at Support Center and Kingsley, as well as the EI staff assigned to school locations. This new, modern building aligns with our key priorities, including greatly enhanced accessibility, close proximity to partner organizations, and a welcoming space for people served, families, providers and other partners.
The new location, along the Brigid Kelly Norwood Lateral, was renamed Hamilton County Central Campus. This modern building will house Job and Family Services, Developmental Disabilities Services, Drug Abuse Response Team (DART), Environmental Services, Heroin Task Force, Office of Addiction Response, Quick Response Team (QRT), Hamilton County Public Health Department, and Veterans Service Commission.
Departments began moving into the new building in phases, starting earlier this year.
