Hamilton County DD Services (HCDDS) wants to ensure you and your family are heard, respected, and treated fairly while receiving services. Our goal is for you to have a positive experience that meets your needs.
If you have a concern, we encourage you to first contact the staff member responsible. Talking through a concern can help clarify misunderstandings and identify a possible solution.
If your concern is not resolved, or you are not comfortable discussing it with the staff member, you may contact their supervisor. If you need help identifying the appropriate supervisor, contact 513-794-3300 and we will help connect you with the right person.
