In September 2025, Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services discontinued the use of its internal Provider Search Tool.
HCDDS now uses the OnSeen LiveCare Marketplace to help connect people with providers. Our staff will use this tool to make referrals in consultation with the people we serve and their teams. To search for providers on OnSeen, please speak with your SSA.
