Hamilton County is seeing an increase in SNAP benefits fraud. If you experience EBT fraud, follow these steps to report:
- Report the theft to the SNAP fraud hotline at 513-946-2217 or go online to the Job and Family website here.
- Report the theft to the HCDDS MUI department by email here.
- Call EBT at 1-866-386-3071 and let them know your card was hacked and a new card is needed.
- Complete JFS-0711 form by downloading here to request replacement of electronically stolen SNAP benefits. *This must be completed within 90 calendar days of the date SNAP benefits were stolen.
